NEER is the AI agent for your water, sewer and stormwater systems. Ask it to build a model, run a storm, check every hydrant or plan the budget. It does the work, shows its sources and waits for your approval. Book a demo → See it on your system SWMM EPANET HEC-RAS Hydra GARR Weather forecasts SCADA PACP / MACP CMMS NEER Agent Sewer North basin · SWMM Example session Why now ## More risk, more rain, the same number of people. C− Water D+ Sewer D Storm ASCE's 2025 grades for America's drinking water, wastewater and stormwater. $625B Drinking water needs over the next 20 years, mostly pipes and transmission. $630B Wastewater and stormwater needs over 20 years to protect the nation's waters. Stormwater ## See the flood before it arrives. HEC-RAS 1D and 2D models in the browser, built by the agent from a boundary. Watch the water spread street by street, and run it on tonight's forecast. - HEC-RAS 1D, 2D and 1D/2D, with terrain and boundary conditions - Watershed delineation from a boundary or HUC ID - Flood depth over buildings and roads, in 3D - Flood forecasts hours ahead on radar and HRRR rain - Inlets, outfalls and culverts scored for risk, and MS4 evidence HEC-RAS 2D flooding in 3D, in the browser. Growth and development ## Can your system handle the next development? When a developer files plans, NEER updates your water, sewer and stormwater models with the new demand, flow and runoff, checks every level of service, and proposes what it would take to say yes. Planning asks Can our systems serve the 240-unit development at Oak and 9th? Drinking water Pressure and fire flow New demand added to the EPANET model. Pressure holds; fire flow falls short until one main is upsized. Upsize 340 ft of 6-in main to 8-in Sewer Capacity at the 10-year storm Added baseflow and the RDII your standard allows. The trunk stays within its level of service. Meets level of service Stormwater Pre- vs post-development More pavement raises the peak. Underground storage brings it back to the pre-development rate. 28,000 cf of storage Illustration. Figures are an example, not a customer result. Sewer Updated baseflow, with RDII allocated at the rate your standard allows, run against your 5- or 10-year level of service. Stormwater Pre- and post-development runoff compared, and options sized to close the gap: detention basins, underground storage, and more. One network ## One manhole, five names. Until now. Your GIS, CMMS, model, meter vendor and CCTV contractor each call the same asset something different. NEER joins them into one record, so a question reaches every system at once. Digital transformation ## From reactive to autonomous. Most utilities start on the left. NEER takes you up one step at a time, and each step pays for itself before the next. Level 1 ## Reactive Fix it when it breaks. Data lives in spreadsheets, binders and one person's head. The model is five years old. Where most systems are today Level 2 ## Connected Network, sensors, inspections and rainfall on one map, checked automatically. Everyone sees the same numbers. With NEER AIP , managed monitoring and Field & Collect Level 3 ## Predictive Calibrated models, risk scores for every asset and a capital plan optimized for your budget. You know where to spend before you spend. With the NEER Agent , Hydra , risk and optimization Level 4 ## Autonomous The system forecasts the next storm, flags the pipes at risk, drafts the work orders and alerts the crew. Your team reviews and approves. With the Digital Twin and your own agents over MCP NEER Agent ## One intelligence for water, sewer and stormwater. NEER is the agent at the center of your system. It knows your network, reads every sensor and model, and works across all three systems, so a question about a storm, a main break or a capital plan has one place to go. ## Ask for the model. NEER builds it. It sets up models, calibrates them and runs design storms from a sentence. It shows where every number comes from, and nothing changes until you approve it. Build a HEC-RAS 2D model for this reach, with terrain and boundary conditions. Calibrate the north basin model to the March storms at meters FM-3 and FM-7. Run fire flow at every hydrant in Zone 3 and show me which ones fail. Show pressure across the network at tomorrow's peak demand. Watershed delineation Drop a boundary or HUC ID. Streams and sub-watersheds come back ready for SWMM or HEC-RAS. Hydraulic models SWMM and EPANET built from your GIS, run, and checked for mass balance and flooding. Stormwater risk Forecast rain, gauges and asset condition fused into a flood-risk map by sub-basin. Flood rasters HEC-RAS models from scratch, with depth and extent rasters for planning or FEMA submittals. Shows its work Every answer cites the data, run or calculation behind it. You approve changes NEER proposes edits; you apply or discard them. Speaks hydraulics SWMM, EPANET and HEC-RAS, checked against your meters. You stay in control ## Capability without giving up control. You approve every change The agent proposes. Nothing touches your network or models until someone applies it. Every number cites its source Each answer links to the data, run or calculation behind it. Imports can be undone An inspection or maintenance import can be rolled back as a whole. Your permissions, nothing more The agent and your own agents act with exactly the access you have. Your data stays yours Export your network, models and results in standard formats at any time. Vendor-neutral No hardware sales and no vendor fees, so our advice is our own. Every role ## One workspace. Every role gets what it needs. The same network and the same numbers, shown the way each person works. Engineers and modelers Models without the busywork The agent builds, calibrates and runs. You check the hydraulics and approve. Operators Know what the next storm will do Forecasts and alerts for the meters and pipes you watch, before the rain arrives. Field crews The map in your pocket Rounds, inspections and photos, offline, landing on the asset they belong to. Asset managers Risk you can defend Scores with reasons, and a capital plan tested against the model. Directors and council Decisions on one page Live dashboards and a year-by-year program, shared by link. Consultants Work in your client's NEER Free inside a utility's workspace, with your firm's own workspace for everything else. Risk, optimization and capital planning ## Know what to fix, and when. Score every pipe and manhole, then let NEER find the mix of projects that does the most for your budget, checked with real model runs. Condition and risk ## Every asset, scored and explained. Likelihood of failure from condition, age and material. Consequence from what each pipe serves and what sits above it. Every run is saved, compared and adopted when you're ready. - PACP and MACP inspections, with video, from any vendor's export - Work orders and cleaning history from your CMMS - Likelihood × consequence, with the reason for every score - Risk over time, so you see what waiting costs - Inspection and cleaning cycles planned from the scores Risk matrix Illustration. Each dot is a pipe; the top right is where to act first. Optimization studies ## The best projects for your budget. List your candidate projects: upsizing, storage, rehab, pumps. NEER tests thousands of combinations against your model and lays out the trade-off between cost and results, so you choose with the numbers in front of you. - Multi-objective search scored by real SWMM and EPANET runs - Goals for overflows, flood volume, surcharge, basement backups, pressure and fire flow - Risk reduction over time, not just today - A year-by-year program that fits your budget, exported to GIS and work orders Every program, in 3D Illustration. Drag to rotate. Dark points are the best trade-offs; red is chosen. Program by year Rehab Upsizing Storage Budget, $3M/yr Digital twin ## Know before the storm arrives. Your calibrated model and a neural network for every sensor, running each hour on live data, SCADA and forecast rain. For drinking water, NEER forecasts tomorrow's demand hour by hour, so you can plan pumps and tanks before the morning peak. - Sewer: flow and depth in every pipe, warning of overflows and surcharge - Stormwater: levels at outfalls, inlets and flood-prone streets - Drinking water: hourly demand forecasts by zone from AMI meter reads, with tank levels and pressure from SCADA and pressure loggers - Setup, monthly QA/QC and staff training included Meter FM-7, next 12 hours Sewer flow Water demand Illustration. Observed flow to now, forecast after, alert when it crosses the line. Hyperlocal weather ## Rain at the scale of your streets. Storms don't fall evenly on a city. NEER starts from radar corrected against rain gauges, adds NOAA's forecast, sharpens it with AI and turns it into flood maps for the next hours, street by street. Observed Radar, corrected by gauges Gauge-adjusted radar rainfall for every subcatchment, with history for calibration. Forecast NOAA HRRR, hourly The next 18 hours of rain, updated every hour, feeding scheduled model runs. Sharpened AI downscaling Generative AI (NVIDIA CorrDiff) adds the local detail a regional forecast misses. Flooding Flood maps, hours ahead Eight hours of observed rain and sixteen of forecast run through the model: depth at every step, and the buildings and roads it reaches. Illustrations. Weather and flood forecasting are part of the digital twin; radar rainfall is included in every plan. NEER Field and Collect ## The map in every crew's pocket. NEER Field puts rounds and inspections on a phone, online or off. Every photo and reading lands on the asset it belongs to, and supervisors review it before it counts. Collect turns any question into a public form behind a QR code. - Rounds and inspections on the phone, offline in the field - Photos, readings and checklists tied to each pipe, manhole or hydrant - Supervisors review and correct submissions before they're final - Public reports by QR code, with map and photo questions, no account needed - Exports to CSV and shapefile NEER Field · offline, saving North basin round MH-1040 · inspect to do MH-1041 · photo to do MH-1042 · surcharge? to do FM-07 · check meter to do AI Studio ## Build water AI on your own data. Your network, sensors, inspections and rainfall are already in NEER. Start from a template, train on a GPU in minutes, and put the model to work. No IT ticket, no data export. - Templates: CCTV defect detection, flow meter QA, RDII forecasting, main break likelihood, demand forecasting, flood nowcasting - GPU and CPU machines on demand: H100, A100, A6000 and L40S - Your data stays in your workspace, under the same permissions Start with a template → See machine rates Your data Network · sensors · CCTV · rainfall Template CCTV defects · meter QA · RDII Train H100 · A100 · A6000 · L40S Model Scores, flags and forecasts Example: training a CCTV defect model on an A100. Neural models ## Physics models, trained into neural networks. Live decisions can't wait hours for a 2D run. NEER runs your calibrated model thousands of times, trains a neural network on the results, and forecasts every pipe, junction and street in seconds. The physics model stays the source of truth. 01 Your calibrated model SWMM, EPANET, HEC-RAS or Hydra, calibrated to your meters. 02 Thousands of scenarios Design storms, forecast rain, demands and pump settings, each run through the physics model. 03 A neural network learns it Trained on the runs to predict depth, flow and pressure everywhere, not just at the sensors. 04 Live forecasts in seconds Physics run Neural forecast Every forecast is checked against the physics model and your sensors, and the network retrains when the model changes. Illustration. Speed-up depends on the model and the network. Every pipe, not just the meters The network predicts the whole system: flow in every pipe, pressure at every junction, depth on every street. Grounded in physics It learns from your calibrated model, and NEER compares its answers to the physics model and live sensors. Fast enough to act on Forecasts every hour on new rain and demand, so alerts arrive while there is still time to respond. Managed services ## We run the program with you, end to end. Software is half the job. NEER's engineers plan your monitoring, help you choose and deploy the hardware, keep the data clean and turn it into answers. 1 ## Plan Monitoring program design Where to put meters and gauges, using your model to find where data matters most. AI Studio ## Build water AI on your own data $500 per team per month - Templates: CCTV defect detection, flow meter QA, RDII forecasting, main break likelihood, demand forecasting, flood nowcasting - $150 of machine credits to start - Free for universities, with NEER Academy labs Start with a template Model runs vs machines ## Two kinds of compute Model runs are simulations, billed from credits for the time they run. Each run shows its cost before it starts. Machines are CPUs and GPUs for AI Studio, billed by the minute from credits. ## Model run rates A credit is $1. Runs are charged by the minute while they run, and each run shows its cost before it starts. Run Machine Per hour SWMM, EPANET and model builds Cloud runner sized for the engine 1 credit HEC-RAS 1D and 2D on Linux 8 cores, 16 GB 1 credit HEC-RAS on Windows, Standard 4 cores, 32 GB 2 credits HEC-RAS on Windows, Large 6 fast cores, 48 GB 4 credits HEC-RAS on Windows, Extra large 12 fast cores, 96 GB 8 credits ## Machine rates CPUs and GPUs for AI Studio, from several GPU clouds, cheapest first. You see the hourly price before a machine starts, and it's charged by the minute. Prepaid credits of $10,000 or more get 10–20% off. Class Good for Per hour CPU Notebooks, data prep, batch processing from $0.30 GPU L40S, 48 GB Inference, small and mid-sized models from about $1.80 GPU A100, 80 GB Training on CCTV video from about $2.70 GPU H100, 80 GB Large training runs from about $5.00 Machine prices follow the GPU market. These are typical starting prices; the live price is shown in NEER before you start. ## Education, nonprofit and impact pricing Discounts go to schools, researchers and nonprofits that aren't utilities. Utilities pay their band price whatever their ownership, except through the impact program. Education ## Free to learn, half price to research - Students and teachers: Personal Professional free, for non-commercial work - Courses: a Team workspace free for the term, a seat per student - Research groups: Team at 50% off, with AI Studio included Apply with your school email Nonprofits ## 50% off for water nonprofits - Watershed groups, river alliances, NGOs and development organizations - 50% off Team or Enterprise - Proof of nonprofit status; utilities aren't eligible Apply Impact program ## For under-resourced utilities - Small and disadvantaged communities - Up to 50% off Enterprise - By application, with limited places each year Apply ## Questions How is population counted? The largest population you serve, from your own published figures. A utility serving water and sewer to the same 80,000 people counts 80,000. Stormwater programs and wholesale agencies use the population of their service area. How do credits work? Every plan comes with credits for model runs and the NEER assistant: $5 a month on Free, $15 a month on Professional, and $25 per seat a month on Team, shared across the firm. They reset on the 1st and don't roll over, and yearly plans get the same credits every month. Top-ups are $1 a credit and never expire. Runs are charged by the minute and the assistant by each answer; when credits run out, work pauses until you add more or the month resets. Enterprise includes credits for runs each year, reset at renewal, and the assistant has no monthly limit, under fair use. How are model runs billed? Each run uses credits for the time it runs. A credit is $1. SWMM, EPANET and HEC-RAS on Linux use 1 credit an hour; HEC-RAS on Windows uses 2, 4 or 8 credits an hour, by machine size. Each run shows its cost before it starts, and when credits run out, runs pause until you add more. Where does the rainfall data come from? Observed rainfall is NOAA's Multi-Radar Multi-Sensor (MRMS) product: radar adjusted against rain gauges, on a 1 km grid. Forecasts are NOAA's High-Resolution Rapid Refresh (HRRR) model on a 3 km grid. NEER clips both to your service area and applies them to each subcatchment, so a storm that hits one side of town and misses the other shows up that way in your model. How does switching from another modeling tool work? Export your model from InfoWorks, a Bentley tool or AquaTwin as EPANET or SWMM input files or GIS tables. Hydra converts it for free and runs a comparison against your old results. On Enterprise, our engineers review the converted model and match it to your existing results at no charge. On other plans, that review is a fixed fee per model from NEER or a certified partner. Do our consultants need their own licenses? No. Invite them to your workspace and they work there at no extra cost. A firm pays only for its own Team workspace. Can we buy without an RFP? We're working on cooperative purchasing contracts. Until then, we can provide sole-source documentation and quote by annual invoice and purchase order. Can we try it first? Yes. The free plan is free forever, with no card needed. Start there, and upgrade to Professional or Team in NEER when you're ready. There's no time-limited trial. Utilities can run a 3-month pilot for 25% of the annual price, credited in full to the first year if they sign. Who owns our data? You do. Export your network, models and results at any time in standard formats: shapefile, GeoPackage, EPANET and SWMM input files. Prices in US dollars.
